The walk takes in the house where Dr Samuel Johnson wrote
the first English Dictionary, where Wynken de Worde established
his popular printing press, where Samuel Pepys was baptised
(along with his eight siblings!), the square where books were
sold in their millions, the Old Bailey, built over Newgate
prison and finishing at Lincoln's Inn where several British
Prime Ministers studied. Enjoy the people, the architecture
and stories associated. Both thought provoking and occasionally
amusing!
